Unhygienic service

My family and I was on holiday in Langebaan, Cape Town yesterday. We decided to have a takeaway and i chose Steers in Langebaan. It was a little mobile container set up.

I ordered a King steer burger. While waiting for my order, i noticed that the lady preparing my order was using her bare hands to my order. No gloves, no togs. I asked her why she does not where gloves and that is not sanitary to just use her hands. A gentleman waiting next to me, also noticed the bare hands. He said he was a health inspector and it was definitely not acceptable.

I cancelled my order immediately and requested a refund. The supervisor was called and stated that the famous brand no longer use gloves. Gloves may not be in use, however, the use of bare hands can't be the answer. This is unhygienic and i will no longer purchase from Steers.

While i was standing at the Steers container, the manager was providing the same lady with feedback about another order which went wrong.
