Unhygienic practices at Steers Greenstone Mall

I visited your steers at greenstone mall around 5pm on 25/07/21. I placed an order for a original steers burger and chips. Whilst waiting for my order I noticed that the girl preparing my order was using her bare hands to prepare the meals. She wasn't using gloves or any cutlery. I noticed her placing the ingredients like lettuce, the burger party etc using her bare hands and then touching her mask and other customers slips between orders. I immediately cancelled my order. In the middle of this pandemic, can we really afford the spread of germs in this manner? This is unacceptable. As a fellow Healthcare worker I am disappointed with steers for not ensuring that health and safety is not their priority when the covid cases are at their peak in Johannesburg.
