How disgusting, Steers Observatory prepares food with their bare hands and have the ordasity to claim that they sanitize their hands every 20min. Now I don't know if it is because they are situated within a predominantly student demographic area but this is disgusting. Then Jerald refuses me my refund when I make it clear to him that I will not accept food that has not been prepared by people wearing gloves. Real food made real disgusting.
