Unhygienic - NO GLOVES when prepping food or working

I'm not writing to complain about service. This has to do with hygiene...

The MAITLAND branch Steers have that combined takeaway venue where you get Debonairs / Fishaways and Steers next to Mug n Bean.

My issue is no one was wearing gloves when prepping food or in general. No gloves... and there's stomach bugs going round apart from other germs etc.

Why can't management do something about the hygiene issue and PLEASE get all staff to wear gloves while at work.
