Unhelpful, unpleasant and undesirable. Food and employees.

Yesterday I had the terrible experience of ordering through the Steers App. I have had an issue before where they were and hour late in delivering my food and also not delivering my chips. But I persevered and tried again. I mean, everyone deserves a second chance, right? Wrong! Yesterday I decided to treat myself and my family. I ordered 3 x Wacky Wednesdays, a ***L chips and a Tex and caramel milkshake. I placed the order at 6.45 PM when everyone had decided what they wanted. Needless to say, 7.45 PM came, no delivery. 8.45 PM came, no delivery. I tried phoning the shop 28 times (as can be seen in my call log) to no avail. Eventually when someone decided to pick up the phone, she sarcastically states that the delivery man was there twice and nobody opened the gate. This is absolute nonsense as we checked our CCTV footage and nobody had come. Then I was told that they had tried getting hold of me numerous times, when I had repeated my phone number, she said that my number that they had was wrong. I checked (and screenshotted) my number on the app, it was correct. My phone was also in perfect working order as I had just received a phone call from my mother. I eventually resorted to getting McDonalds for my family for supper. At 9.15 PM, a Debonairs delivery guy came to drop our food off. it consisted of a rib box strewn with cold, dilapidated chips (Yes, this cost over R60), 6 ice cold burgers and NO milkshake. At this point I had had enough. At least my family had some food in the form of Mc Donalds as it was the only place open at such a late hour. (So in total I spent over R500 for supper last night, for which I had not budgeted). The food now sits comfortably in my fridge at home as I cannot send fast food to school. I refuse to speak to any person working at the Steers Amalinda branch as they were extremely unhelpful last night, it was a case of "So what?!". I tried getting hold of them to inform them about my milkshake that was not delivered, unsurprisingly, no answer. You have lost a customer, Steers. Cheers, Steers! PS: Can I have my money back please?
