Unhappy with lack of service and non delivery of orders

Its been two days now ive been ordering food from steers garankuwa and the food never came, to top it off when i call theire query line it never gets answered. Im not happy with the service or rather lack of service recieved. This will be the reason why I finally stop ordering from them cos this is not the first time im having this issue. Why have an option for delivery if i still have to wait more than 2 hours and even then my order has still not been delivered
