Unhappy Customer, hour late delivery

Placed an order online for delivery at 5:40 for a delivery at 6:30. I've called the through and spoke to four different people with different information. How can a call centre not get through to the store what kind of service are you running. It's 7:15 and only then I get a call from a store assistant. If your service is not working then shutdown. I will post this on social media aswell
