Unhappy customer

On the 30 May I have placed an order with Steers in Berea in East London for delivery at 5pm. Yes I understand that they are a bit delayed with this pandemic that food takes longer to be delivered due to a high demand. Well at 18:37 I received a call that the order is being sent out with the driver. I have been waiting and waiting. I called the store at 19:43 no answer. So I thought okay no they will come. At 20:08 I receive a call and they said that the driver returned to store as his navigation gave troubles and could not find my place. Which means we have been sitting and waiting for food for 3 hours and so hungry. We had to make food that time of the night. Bad service this was.
