Unhappy Customer

On the 23/09/2020 I placed an online order at 13:20 for collection at 18:00 at the Uitenhage branch of Steers. When I got to the restaurant I had to wait in queue for over 30 min. I received the food with no apology from the staff for having to wait for my oder. I mean why order online if you still have to wait. The food that I received was cold which indicates that it was already standing for a long time and some of the ingredients, the bun, that was used was old. The size also was not the same as the usual, almost half the size. I feel this is totally unacceptable and am not the only customer that felt this way. Alot of customers were complaining while they were standing in the queue.
