Unhappy Customer @Steers Moruleng Mall, Saul****rt

Stees Moruleng Mall do not take customers serious. I placed an order telephonically and opted for a collection. I was then called 15min later that my order is ready, when i get to the restaurant to collect the cashier told me that my order is not ready because they do not have predator drinks as i had ordered a burger meal with predator. So why was i called and informed that my order is ready? The cashier's answer was that its the call center that takes orders not them. Im not happy at all as i have waisted my time, petrol and airtime.
