Unhappy customer

I visited Steers on the 09th March 2022 around 14h37 when my order was taken at Steers in Nkomo village Atteridgeville Pretoria their service was really bad from the cashier to the one who was preparing my order and It was my lunch break of which they waisted time intentionally and waited for a pregnant lady to come prepare my order and there was another guy there next to their stoves of which he could have prepared the meal but called the pregnant lady to prepare my order they put cold petty which was prepared not sure what time and my burger was not appetizing and even cold with dry cold chips and I even ordered 2 ice cream while they were busy with that cold burger they were prepared I gave another guy who was just standing on the ice cream side to prepare my order he took my receipt not sure why did he have to ask the cashier as it was well explained on the receipt which ice cream and they looked at the receipt and laughed just stood there not even considering my order and my time luckily this other lady who works there think she was assisting at debonairs came to check on me if I have received my orders and was assisted as I have been standing for quite too long then she took the receipt from the guy they prepared my ice cream and asked regarding my order as they were busy chatting not bothered about the customer.
