Today I received an appolling/ disappointing service from steers Rosebank. I made an order of a chicken burger and I made it clear that I wanted the biggest chicken burger, I was told the price is R74.90, only to receive the smallest chicken burger on earth, I then called back explaining to the person from steers by the name of Jabu, she said I need to pay extra money because that one is over R100, question is why was I not given the correct information, the person that was assisting me was not even sure about the king steer prices, she even verbalised that. Steers is playing games with it's customers, online menus are not updated and even the customer service is not sure of the prices, this is not right,feel I have been inconvenienced and would like to get a call from steers regarding this. It has been over an hour after my order and I have not received my order, this is not on

17 Apr 2018, 14:26As if this was not enough, the driver arrived to bring me my order, which I thought was corrected, only to hear the driver asking me to pay R124, yet Jabu from Rosebank told me to pay R116, I am so disappointed, I then decided to cancel the entire order and asked the drivr to take back the meal, is this how you treat your customers ???
