I bought 2 boxes of Wacky Wednesday and I requested an addition of double cheeses on each, however I called and enquired and I was taken from pillar to post until I was transferred to the supervisor who argued with me until she requested me to call her via video calling. I have done that and still I was not satisfied and requested to be refunded my cheese that I didn’t get.

Later she called me back to tell me that I am lying I didn’t order the double etc. i hanged up my phone because wow. I spoke to Julia and she’s sooooo rude.

I need a very quick intervention because I can’t be questioned my credibility when I called and complained about my other.
