Unhappy

I ordered online for delivery from long street to Victoria road Woodstock. Driver was 1hr20min late, food was cold as ice is if it was last night's food and not freshly made. I called the branch shop, and the assistant told me that when the driver gets there, she will call me and I will receive a new fresh meal, 2 hours later still nothing from the shop.
