Unfairly treated

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the treatment I received at the Ennerdale store when redeeming my Vodacom shake vouchers. Vodacom provides customers with coupons through the Shake feature, and I sometimes receive up to three vouchers per day, which I save and redeem at once. When I visited the store to redeem my vouchers, the store manager told me that I should be investigated because I was redeeming multiple vouchers. I found this comment very unprofessional and unfair, as I was simply using valid vouchers provided to me. On a previous occasion, I was also given an item that was different (and less) than what I originally ordered. I was told that this is “what they normally do.” Although I was not satisfied, I accepted it and left. Today, I placed another order and again was told I would receive something different from what I ordered. I declined and was told that I would be refunded. However, I cannot find the refunded voucher on my account or via SMS. I would appreciate urgent assistance with: Confirming whether the refund was successfully processed. Investigating the conduct and treatment I received at the store. Ensuring that voucher-paying customers are treated the same as cash-paying customers. I look forward to your prompt response.
