Unfair treatment with customers

Today on 18 January 2023. While standing in a queue to order the line were jumped by another client with a phone and placed his order. When I asked them and what about the people standing and waiting to place there order the staff member yust looked up and said "sorry neh". The staff didn't even do anything about it they helped the guy and the rest of us yust had to be happy with that. Personally I feel that it is totally unacceptable for this kind of things to happen.

This will be the last time that Steers in Thabazimbi will see me as one of their customers.
