Unfair treatment

Am currently working at steers and fish aways in cnr of West and point road. My snr manager has just told me that he is not pleased with how I do my job and when will I pay him a visit since he has been covering up for me and I don't know where he had to cover up for me. He is moody towards me and shouts at me for nothing,I think it is because he once asked me out and I refused but now he is making my job horrible and especially after he asked me to visit him. I was working with him(Xolela) morning shift this week and it was hell. His ex girlfriend who works with us and her manager friend (S and U) are also giving me beef. I was told by them that if I don't wash my back I will end up like Njabulo or Sihle will get her boyfriend who is the snr manager to get me transferred to another steers like someone else. May I be briefed by snr management on how to handle the situation or should I accept his *** proposal. There is no fair treatment from him
