Unequal Treatment- Not treating customers fairly

I’ve had an unpleasant experience from the Greenstone branch. 1– staffing : I’m not sure whether there were people on lunch or what the situation was however they had 2 female employees and two male employees. One female is taking the orders, while the other 3 are preparing the food. The demand increased and all the ready orders were accumulating, no one to call it out, as a result 2 - one of the 4 of us waiting for our order enter and a gentleman assist her, myself and another of the customers waiting for the order decide to approach the collection table, the same gentleman proceeds to help the customer that approached the collection table with me (also a female) , and then blatantly decides to start messing around by the make table, as though I was not even there, didn’t even consider making eye contact with me. A 2nd gentleman comes to assist, I’m still standing there waiting for someone to hand me my order, another customer enters and he is given preference for his collection, in the whole interim of this, my order is still sitting there. Order 112. And I’m literally “the next person” everytime I was overlooked.

Now I’m not sure whether only the guys must help the women customers or what but this was in my opinion unfair treatment and goes against TFC principles.

I would like the details of the operator in order for us to possibly review footage pertaining to this incident and accountability to take place as that behaviour misrepresents the Steers brand, and after I had shared my experience with my collegues who work in the same mall, to my surprise I’m told that this is the norm which raises even more concern.
