Uneducated Staff
An order was given for 3 RAVE burgers yet the person taking the order put through 3 RIB burgers, pork, which was not the order when she was told its wrong on receiving the order she said take it, this is unacceptable, and i will not tolerate thus service my advice is that you should employ people who can understand English, and not tell the customer to take an order where they messed up, I will be looking at taking further action in this matter. I will also advice people not to buy from any steers going forward and if i get asked why i will inform them.
