Undercooked chicken

Good day my partner and I bought the full chicken and chips meal on Tuesday 03/12/2024 at the zone in Rosebank malland to my horror part of the chicken was undercooked I felt cheated given how much money this meal is and I've been a loyal over of steers for years.i would please like some form of solution to this issues as I do feel that we were not only inconvenienced by only being able to eat a portion of the chicken which was not much,it felt like we waisted money.
