Under cooked and brown Chips

I ordered food from Steers at Wierda Park Centurion. Their chips were uncooked and brown, as I informed them via their customer care. Even those that they replaced were uncooked and brown. Their patty was under cooked also. This is terrible service, and even the customer care never called to inquire about it.
