Unacceptable treatment and incompetence of service
I am terrified and wonder how does a company like steers would hire a lady like Mahlanza who treats customers with such disrespect and attitude and what more petrifying is that the lady had a trainee name badge that tells me how she doesn't appreciate her job and the chance given by steers.<br> I popped in at Steers at the Glen Shopping mall for a meal with my Family this is after I had to convince my wife that Steers would be perfect for our growling stomach.<br> I bought 2 king Steer burgers and 1 kiddies meal that I specified it must have a toy with and I also asked how long will the food be ready and the lady with a name badge that said trainee (Cashier \Mahlanza") according to the receipt with order no: 220 who was helping us said it will be ready in 10 min.<br> We then waited more than 20 minutes for our food"
