Unacceptable service from Steers Cavendish Square Claremont Cape Town

I've really tried to stay patient, but after three consecutive disappointing experiences, I can't hide my frustration any longer. Every time I've ordered what is supposed to be the best burger from this outlet group, I've been let down.

Let me explain:

Ordered online – Still had to wait almost 20 minutes for the food to be ready. The soda was completely flat, with no gas at all. The burger (Wacky Wednesday) had barely any salad or sauce—a sad excuse for what it’s supposed to be.

Ordered at the till – This time, I waited 25 minutes, yet the food was just as disappointing. Again, the soda was flat.

Yesterday, another Wacky Wednesday order at the till – Same story. Same poor quality. Same flat soda.

For the price of takeaway food, this level of service and quality is completely unacceptable. Maybe Steers should take a serious look at how their competition, like Burger King and McDonald's, are doing things—because right now, they are miles ahead.
