UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I walked into steer just after 11am to order something to eat. There was no other customer in the store and the person at the till was on a personal call. I waited and still the person was on a call and I got tired waiting even thought the ladie in the kitchen said there is a customer waiting. The ladie at the till did not even acknowledge me simply because her personal call was more important than the customer.... In my opinion this is unacceptable servie. I eventually left and went and got someting from another store. Employees need to understand that customers are important and like any other bussiness the customer is the most important person to the bussiness.
