Unacceptable products

Good Evening. <br> <br> Today (08 Feb 2015), I visited Steers Plettenberg Bay for supper at 18h15. It followed the lunch we had at Steers in Robertson as we were driving from Cape Town to Plett. <br> I placed the same order at Plett Steers as that of the one I had In Robertson which was 2 x Get Real Cheese burgers. The meals at The Robertson outlet was fantastic, great service from the lady behind the counter with a decent size, tasty burger. <br> I then wanted more for supper therefore went to the Steers outlet in Plett where we are living and received the total opposite service and quality. <br> We received the burgers on a ****tail hamburger bun, which is completely unacceptable. The burgers, of which i have photos of, are hardly half the size of my wife's hand and smaller than a normal BiC lighter. Both photos confirming that. <br> I have posted this exact letter of complaint on Hello Peter, as it is not the first time this has happened at this outlet. <br> Not only did I experience bad service and poor quality, two seperate families attempted to order soft serve and both had to be turned away because the soft serve was too runny and looked more like milk than it did ice creams.
