Unacceptable Poor service
I ordered a get real cheese burger and regular chips via drive through. Isn't drive thru supposed to be quick? The workers there prioritised the orders in store and totally neglected everyone who bought via drive thru which then resulted in a long drive thru que. I cant believe I waited for 20 minutes for such a simple order, and when I confronted the staff they gave me attitude, after I was very patient waiting for the order. the service there is unacceptable and ridiculous! Worse off my sister had warned me about the service before I went to purchase. If understaffed then please get or dedicate certain staff for drive thru or else just close it down!!!!!!
