Unacceptable

I waited over almost two hours for my order.. I already paid for it! Nobody wants to help me to refund my money so I can order other food!

This is so unacceptable and the worst customer service I've ever had and I've never complained to a restaurant my whole life so this is saying alot! I've also called the restaurant about 5 times in total hanging on for almost 20 min just so someone can hang up on me or just say "sorry I can't help you". The supervisor was suppose to call me and also didn't.

Not willing to refund me and also not bringing the food is thievery and I'm not leaving this here.
