I placed an online order paying with a card, the transaction went through but later received a message saying the order failed. I called the store and all the numbers just ring with no answer and called the call centre and spoke to Pearl who advised that she doesn't have the mandate to check of the order went through and yet the call options said I'm going through the query department.
