Umlazi Steers Branch Terrible Food and Doesn't Stock Vegetarian Burgers

I was in Umlazi and your Steers KwaMnyandu Shopping Centre, Umlazi, KwaZulu-Natal, has not had the veg burger option on two occasions. They have now said that they do not stock the veg burgers at all. My understanding is that all your branches are meant to have stock of what is on the menu. Why is this branch unilaterally deciding not to stock veg burgers. I am highly disappointed.

After not being able to buy a burger, I ordered chips. The chips were drenched in oil, undercooked, limp and lacked any seasoning. I would recommend to send someone to secretly order and conduct an oversight on the branch. Their quality is shockingly poor. I will never order from there again.
