UDS MOTORS STEERS

I have purchased a meal from the Steers at UDS Motors CC, 48 Alexander road, Westmead, KZN.

Meal and as purchased @ 8:58, given to me at 9:10. When I took a bite out of it, the burger was ice cold. I took it back immediately (9:15), and the server confirmed that the burgers were cold.

They are now refusing to replace my meal or refund me as they are saying that it is not their problem the the burger was cold.

Please could you assist with this absolutely disgusting customer service.
