****ty service at Steers North Beach

Service at steers North Beach is absolutely terrible first they make my grandfather wait for his tea next thing it wasn’t put on the order so ii assumed it was an honest mistake then I wait at least 40 minutes for my other it didn’t come then again I seen it wasn’t placed on the order yet we confirmed she took it down now currently I wait in the restaurant for my breakfast while the entire family is done and still no food not to mention the cleanliness in the store is horrible water full on the floor and dirt as if it wasn’t cleaned since opened or even tried to clean

Either the owner or the the Steers franchise should seriously catch a wake up here or this store should consider shouting down especially with the workers attitudes around here where the cashier speaks ******* about the customer in front of the customer in a different language thinking I wouldn’t understand like what service is this
