Two Hours later all I got was RAW food.
I ordered two Wacky Wednesdays from Steers. Firstly the delivery guy came TWO HOURS LATE!!! Secondly the burgers were RARE. Spoke to the Manager Mathapelo and I was asked how many bites I took. I took two bites and i was told they cannot replace my burger because it was more than one bite. How the hell am I supposed to know that my burger is RARE if i didn't take a bite? If I was seated at the restaurant they would have replace my burger without hassle. My friend also received RARE burgers before from the same restaurant. Is it because they are delivering that they do not care about their delivery customers? Please please take this query seriously as raw food can cause food poisoning.
