Two hours for delivery

So, today i decided to order myself lunch from steers and opted for delivery. I am 1.3km away from Steers The Zone @ Rosebank and it took them 2 beautiful hours to prepare a burger and have it delivered! Worse? The burger is cold, the chips are cold and I specifically requested for a speed point because I had no cash, the driver rolls up and he doesn't have a speed point!(****). Now I had to trouble people for cash so that I can pay for my order. I was very hungry when the food came in and I ate them but I am absolutely not happy with the service I received today!
