Tribalism Your staff members at Elim mall are so tribalism. Today I placed 3 orders online at 4h35 2 were paid and the other one was outstanding so someone went to collect the order at 5,when she went there she was told the order is not paid, I went there and told the lady that 2 order are paid and the other one someone is coming order pay she was like no that one that are paid I didn't see them was OK give us the order and she said is not ready, so the other person who was coming to collect that one that was not paid when she get there they start smiling with her cause they are same tribe and they gave her the order. I asked why this one get the order 1st am the one who place those orders and this one came 1st I ordered it late she was like no this one is because is beef and yours is chicken giving me attitude not evening apology . Got my order at 5h20. Please educate your staff to treat customers the same doesn't matter you know the person
