Treating food with bare hands

What a horrible experience, i ordered a small burger for my 4 year old. while standing there i noticed that no-one in the shop are wearing gloves. i turned to a lady (behind the counter) and asked why not and she shouted all gloves, but everyone looked at her in a dumbfounded complexion. i then asked the guy who was toasting the buns to please wear gloves and he simply looked at me, like that is not required. i re-iterated my request and he simply ignored me
i eventually cancelled my order (that took some time) but the lady behind the counter was actually very helpful

i then asked for their certificate from the department of health to produce food (i didn't see one there) - i was told that it is at home and they will bring it tomorrow, they tried to take all my slips, i refused and kept them all.
i felt really disappointed and disgusted by the experience so i simply left. i made my son dinner
