Totally Dishonest

The Steers App on our phones never works properly. Then is you have a discount voucher and try order 'in store' they tell you that they cannot get the discount voucher to work on their computer and that we must make the purchase on the App to get the discount. So doing this on the 15 May, the Steers App fails after I have done the whole transaction - put in the R50 discount voucher and my credit card debited for the balance. Sms to say sorry their system failed. My bank account is credited with the charge. However, No replacement/credit for the R50 voucher. It's gone. Steers takes no responsibility for this loss. They told me to contact Yumbi. Yumbi says that they cannot help, I must email Steers. After numerous calls to Steers and 2 emails with no response, I will never buy from Steers again. I'm deleting the App. Let me warn others. They don't care, and not interested as the voucher did not come from them. But their App stole my voucher.
