Too busy to care

I bought wacky Wednesday at Steers in Northmead Square on 5 December 8pm... when I ate my 2nd burger... I found paper that separates patties... it was already in my mouth when I realised it's not lettuce... I went to them the following day... only to be offered another burger and told " 'It was busy... they forgot to remove it,' . Such NEGLIGENCE. So if its busy... steers does not do things right? What was gonna happen it were my daughter eating it.... and they think it's about getting another burger
