Told to "F" off @ steers Northcliff Square

Disgusting customer service. Well to cut a long story short.. On my way back home, hungry as a horse looking forward to my favourite meal at steers. I go online, says closes at 10pm get at the Northcliff Square branch @ 21:30pm doors wide open and I was rudely told I can't be served..took video footage with my phone for evidence. I understand staff wants to knock off early, but not to disgustingly tell a customer to f*ck off 30min before closing time. Management kindly address your staff because this kind of treatment isn't acceptable!!!
