To many employees, but no service

On Sunday I tried to order from Steers Kathu, after being the only customer at the counter for 20min, I left, even though there was 2 front staff with their backs turned to me and 5 back staff just looking at me from the kitchen. I feel this is totally unprofessional from a national chain.
