So I place an order via telecom for delivery, order gets here sooner than what the consultant had said it would, driver calls to to tell me he is out side, takes me 2min to get to him . The ****ing retard doesn't even greet me back, tells me he doesn't have to wait for me cos I took too long... Excuse me ? Is this how you train your staff to speak to customers? What **** service is that?! Think I'll ever order again from any steers after this pathetic confrontation which was instigated by a ****ing delivery man ? Was it a free order? Is he doing me favours? Absolute **** service I want a refund. I'm not touching that food he must fetch it and give my money back. Sies
