My Brother and I decided to have a Steers take away on Friday, <br> The food that we ordered was below standard, Both burgers were cold, the patties were dry and chewy, and the garnish was soggy and limp. When were these burgers actually prepared??? Not at the moment when they were ordered that's for sure. <br> <br> I then phoned the store to alert the person in charge of the issue, It seems as if the manager doesn't if its a man or a woman, I phoned twice, the first time I was put through to a woman by the name of Dineo, She proved useless and had no phone etiquette at all, The call then dropped and I phoned again. this time I spoke to a man. also by the name Dineo, He seemed to have more of a grasp of the issue but not quite. all he really did was apologize, which I do not accept.<br> <br> The staff at this store are proving to be quite ***********, what happened to the great service and great quality that one received when the store first opened? <br> <br> I have in the past spoken to the regional manger, and he requested that we have a meeting, I am not interested in having any sort of meeting, just fix the issue and ensure that procedures at the store run as they should.
