This person is rude

I called steers to place an order and this person picks up and than makes me wait for about 5 minutes while he is attending to someone else. I drop the phone and call again, when I ask him why he makes me wait he says he was attending someone who was before me. I than ask him why did he even pick the phone if there was someone in front of me, he becomes rude and say why am I complaining. i tell him that i will report him he says he doesn't care and hangs up. My colleagues and I will never ever order there again. We have been buying there for years but never again. and i will expose the service i got there. it will not end here.
