This has literally left a bad taste in my mouth.

Where do I start, on the 1st May 2020 I placed an order from Steers Glenwood and never received it for 17 Days. Going through Social media applying complaint after complaint to many of their different departments all the way up to Famous Brand the parent company. I finally received a call today from the Glenwood Steers brand saying that they had to confirm that the order was placed and finally got back to me and they said it was placed and they delivered my order 17 days later only to find out that the milkshakes in that order were off and contained lumps of who knows what in it. I continue to vent my frustrations on social media despite having not accepted a refund but rather support the local business and the drivers that are delivering the food. I feel I may have had made a big mistake doing this. Simple solution for Steers Glenwood, get me what I ordered and make sure it’s not off (which should be part of your health standards at the moment) as the last thing you want to be doing is sending your customers to the hospital. This has literally left a bad taste in my mouth.
