Third time unlucky

We have given this place a chance, multiple times, but I've had it with Steers Rustenburg. Their service is beyond terrible, ordered for delivery 3 times and waited almost 2 hours every time, food arrives cold and in 2 cases the order was incomplete, we paid for extras that we never received, one of the times we phoned the branch to complain and got terribly lazy feedback, only got compensation after 3 weeks of phoning them. Steers won't be seeing me or my family and friends again anytime soon.
