They tried to convince me a single rack is a double!

I ordered a double rack of ribs from Steers via UberEats. Upon arrival I received a single rack instead of a double. I drove down to the Steers Melville to ask for the double and he was extremely rude about it. He had suggested that the single rack was the same weight as a double because it was a ‘heavy rib’, therefore concluding that the single rack was appropriate. He then took us to the back of the kitchen to try and prove to us that the single rack weighed the same as the double. The rack weighed 400g instead of the 600g of a double anyway. I felt that it was inappropriate for him to take us to the back just to weigh the rib and unacceptable in a restaurant setting. I am highly disappointed seeing that I love steers so much
