They just don't learn!!
Even after I made several complaints with Steers head-office, they changed the managers and staff, but Bergbron Steers is still awful! Tonight, for instance; I ordered a Blazing Onion burger for my wife. Instead, we received a burger that had a small nuclear reaction of jalapeños all over it. It was borderline inedible! This branch will never learn. Head-office needs to do some serious recon and get rid of the dead weight! (except their single delivery man, he's awesome)
