The worst customer service ever!!!!!!
<p>I placed an order for delivery with Steers at 18:58. I then get a call from one of the employees at 20:15 to tell me that they have just received my order (despite receiving a order confirmation at 18:59), she also tells me that the delivery men leave at 6 and the store closes at 20:00. So I speak to the store manager who goes by the name of Simphiwe, he tells me that he doesn't have any solutions,but he'll call a nearby store to deliver my order for me LOL... to cut the story short, I had to leave the house at 21:00 to collect my order. I'm really appalled and disappointed by the terrible service I received considering that I'm a regular steers customer who has never experienced any problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yours sincerely,<br />Disgruntled customer</p>
