Terrible virtual assistance

Absolutely tragic virtual assistance! We made an order meant for delivery. The website or us had mad a mistake and finalized the order as collect. We contacted the number provided by website for customer care. They were Absolutely useless and informed us to contact the shop instead. We the contacted the rustenburg square restaurant and they didn't even pick up the phone! The automated response was "Sorry we're not able to assist you right now." And then the line cuts us off.

We made that call twice with no assistance. "Press 2 for queries". Then we made a call to place and order and WOW they've answered! And then we explained to them the issue. They referred our call to extension 319. And they were not available twice! There is no way to get assistance!
