Terrible Steers Sun City service
<p>I placed an order at steers in sun city at the entertainment centre and they gave me a buzzer to wait for my meal. After a while of still not receiving my meal, I approached the counter to query. The lady told me the meal was not there and she doesn't know what happened. I requested a refund then. The manager was called and he gave the excuse that the meal was given to someone else and yet the buzzer was with us. He was trying to justify the meal not being there and was not apologetic nor solution driven.</p> <p>To add to this, an order placed earlier was missing 2 chips and a roll and when asked, the waiters were insistent that the order was correct and when they realised it was wrong they were not apologetic. We were utterly disappointed in this attitude and service. </p>
