Terrible service Steers phillip Nell park

I recieved Terrible service at the Phillip Nell Branch Yesterday

I ordered food Round about 19:44 my order never showed on the screen ,people who came in after me kept collecting thier orders.

I went to query my order @ 20:00 and as I questioned the guys only then the bacon gets placed on the grill and cheese sauce is only getting refilled left the store at 20:05 because I had to step in .
